Vishal - Arya starrer Enemy is all set for a grand theatrical release for the festive occasion of Diwali and the film is expected to take a good opening at the box office. The makers are, however, yet to officially announce the exact release date of the film. Enemy is censored with a U/A certificate and is fully packed and set for release. Having said that, the makers have now officially shared a new update regarding the business of the film. The latest important update is that the overseas theatrical distribution rights of Enemy has been bagged by popular production/distribution firm, Ayngaran International for a record price.

Vinod Kumar who has produced Enemy under the banner of Mini Studio took to his official Twitter page to share this development. Sharing a picture with Karunamoorthy of Ayngaran International, producer Vinod Kumar wrote, "#Enemy overseas distribution rights bought by Ayngaran International #EnemyDheepavali @Ayngaran_offl @Ayngaran_Music @ManojBeno". Enemy is directed by Anand Shankar of Iru Mugan and Arima Nambi fame and has songs composed by S Thaman. Among the songs that have been released so far, 'Tum Tum' has opened to a rousing reception from the fans.

The film's background score will be composed by the young and talented Sam CS. Enemy has cinematography handled by RD Rajasekhar and editing by Raymond Derrick Crasta, while the dialogues are penned by Shan Karuppusamy. Anand Shankar, Shan Karuppusamy, S Ramakrishnan have penned the screenplay of the film. Enemy will feature Arya as the antagonist and the face-off between him and Vishal is going to be the major highlight of Enemy which is touted to be a stylish action entertainer. Apart from Vishal and Arya, the film's star cast also includes Prakash Raj, Mirnalini Ravi, Mamta Mohandas, and others.
